The Private College and School Association of New Jersey (PCSANJ) invites you to its Annual Conference— a one-day event focused on advancing excellence in career education through two dedicated learning tracks: Faculty Development and Admissions Excellence.

This event brings together instructors, admissions professionals, and leaders from New Jersey’s private career colleges and schools who are committed to student success and workforce readiness.

• Faculty Track: Participate in hands-on sessions focused on innovative teaching strategies, student engagement, technology integration, and improving program outcomes. Gain practical tools and insights to enhance your impact in the classroom.
• Admissions Track: Explore strategies for student recruitment, communication, and compliance. Learn from peers and experts on how to better connect with prospective students and support their journey from inquiry to enrollment.

Whether you're in the classroom or on the front lines of enrollment, this conference offers a collaborative space to grow, connect, and strengthen your role in career education.
