The Kentucky Association of Career Colleges and Schools (KACCS) is a subsidiary of the Alliance for Career Education in the States (ACES). All institutions located in Kentucky are encouraged to join in support of private career education and state-based advocacy.
KACCS provides the career schools throughout the region with a unified platform for collaboration, communication, and state-based advocacy. Through this partnership, institutions gain access to legislative updates, policy resources, professional development, and a community of leaders committed to advancing high-quality postsecondary career education.
All Kentucky institutions are encouraged to join to help build a stronger, more coordinated voice for students, educators, and employers across the region. Membership ensures your institution has a seat at the table as we work together to champion the essential role that career education plays in our economy.

KACCS members can receive special pricing on Certified Higher Education Professional (CHEP) courses offered through MaxKnowledge. The CHEP certification courses help career education institutions to enhance employee credentials and performance resulting in increased institutional effectiveness and student outcomes. Additionally, nationally certified faculty and staff set participating institutions apart in the career education sector.
KACCS members have priority access to all events including professional development offerings, webinars and special events hosted in their areas.
Webinars can be accessed here.

KACCS members receive timely updates and regular communications covering all the political, business, and higher education news impacting New England schools.
The advocacy work of KACCS is tailored to the needs of schools in Kentucky. All KACCS members will receive regular communications related to legislative, regulatory, and political activities important to the sector.

Membership dues are reflective primarily upon the level of direct advocacy and calculated based on gross tuition revenue of campuses located within the state.
In times when the political climate is particularly threatening, KACCS will facilitate a sector-led advocacy campaign to directly engage state legislators and regulators on key topics impacting schools and students.

The ACES webinar series is available as a complimentary benefit to all ACES partners including members of KACCS.
The webinars have been developed for the advancement of professional development offerings in the states though the ACES partnership.
