About the Oklahoma Association of Career Colleges
The Oklahoma Association of Career Colleges (OACC) is a subsidiary of the Alliance for Career Education in the States (ACES). All institutions located in Oklahoma are encouraged to join in support of private career education and state-based advocacy.
OACC provides the career schools throughout the region with a unified platform for collaboration, communication, and state-based advocacy. Through this partnership, institutions gain access to legislative updates, policy resources, professional development, and a community of leaders committed to advancing high-quality postsecondary career education.
All Oklahoma institutions are encouraged to join to help build a stronger, more coordinated voice for students, educators, and employers across the region. Membership ensures your institution has a seat at the table as we work together to champion the essential role that career education plays in our economy.

OACC members can receive special pricing on Certified Higher Education Professional (CHEP) courses offered through MaxKnowledge. The CHEP certification courses help career education institutions to enhance employee credentials and performance resulting in increased institutional effectiveness and student outcomes. Additionally, nationally certified faculty and staff set participating institutions apart in the career education sector.

In times when the political climate is particularly threatening, OACC will facilitate a sector-led advocacy campaign to directly engage state legislators and regulators on key topics impacting schools and students.
