Join instructors from private colleges and schools across Louisiana for a day of collaboration, learning, and inspiration. The LAPCS Instructor Development Conference offers practical sessions focused on teaching strategies, student engagement, and career readiness, empowering educators to strengthen their impact in the classroom and beyond.

9:20 AM | Keynote Session

12:15 PM | Lunch & All-Star Instructor Awards

2:30 PM | Conference Closing & Raffles

LAPCS Members: $100 early | $115 regular | $130 late

Nonmembers: $125 early | $150 regular | $175 late

Early: June 15 - August 15

Regular: August 16 - September 15

Late: September 16 - September 26

We have a small block of room reserved for attendees. The block will be available until September 9th or when sold out.

One instructor from each campus will be recognized as the All-Star Instructor. Please complete the form below and each All-Star Instructor will be recognized in-person at the conference on September 26th. We ask that all All-Star Instructors attend the conference in-person. 

Nominations are due September 1, 2025.

Exhibitor Rate: $500

Includes one registration and standard table booth setup (6ft table and 2 chairs) setup inside session room.
